Groups
For those of you who have a group, any group. 

• Corporate or an alumni outing,  complete package including transportation, meals, skiing, lessons, races, prizes, après ski party.

• Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.  Take the kids outside, enjoy the fresh air, sun, snow and fun.  Much better than playing with a PSP.  More smiles than any video game or computer.

• Overnight trips.  Spend the weekend with your friends.  No driving, no stress.  Stay at hotels located near the slopes.  Prices include transportation, lift, and accommodations.  Most of the trips include food as well.

Group Terms and Conditions

• GROUPS: All motor coach group programs are based on a minimum of 40 paying passengers.  The group has a contact who is responsible for payment and coordination, the one who does all the work and skis for free.
• DEPOSITS:    $400.00 deposit is required to confirm a day trip reservation, 30 days before departure.  Final payment is due 5 days prior to departure.
• CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be in writing.  The initial deposit is non refundable. 
• RATES: All rates are based on prices at the time of this publication and are subject to increase if such rates change prior to departure.  
• REFUNDS: No refunds will be made for any unused portions, or on changes made after arrival.  The tour must be taken in its entirety as shown, and changes, substitutions, or deletions by tour participants will not be allowed at any time.
• RESPONSIBILITY: This tour company acts only in the capacity of agent for the individual tour participants in all matters pertaining to travel whether by plane, rail, bus, or steamer or any other means of conveyance. We shall not be liable for injury, damage, or loss occasioned by neglect or default of any company or persons engaged in conveying the tour. The tour company reserves the right to withdraw a tour, to refuse, accept, or retain any person as a participant of the tour at any time, or to make changes in the published itinerary, whenever in the sole judgment conditions warrant, or deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the passengers. All prices are based on tariffs, taxes, and exchange rates in effect or proposed at the time of this publication and are subject to change. This company is not to be held responsible for the lack of snow or non-operation of the lifts at the ski area, or for the closure of access routes to or from resorts due to snow or weather conditions, nor are they to be held liable for late arrival of passengers at bus pick up points, airports, or resorts due to bad weather conditions, or for any reason beyond their control, nor are they to be held liable for payment or any refund for unused lodging accommodations, meals, or lift tickets caused by such late arrivals, or the hotels holding the rooms as per confirmed itineraries.
