At Atomic, we belong to a cult that worships sliding on snow. Nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains in Austria, Atomic is known for building the most technologically advanced ski equipment on the planet. But the passion for the sport shared by our engineers and craftsmen isn't confined by that valley. The spirit of Atomic can be found on summits and slopes around the world, wherever people ski our products.

Race

What are you doing here? No, really! Why are you even reading this? You can’t handle what this segment has to offer. These skis aren’t for the masses. People have got to work to get to this level. Oh, you’re still reading huh? Well maybe you do have what it takes after all. We’re talking all-out pure speed here, Formula 1 baby. Our skis haven’t written ten years of World Cup history on a few lucky runs, you know. It’s not a coincidence. This is the real deal and it gets no tougher. Welcome to the club.

Supercross

Why fly down steeps, fast turns, gliding sections, bumps and crud all by yourself when you could be doing all that shoulder to shoulder with some other nut who’s just as crazy as you are? Yes, one could say it’s an aggressive sport. That’s why we built this disturbed family of skis to meet its needs. These skis might look a bit obnoxious on the outside, but their soul realizes that SX is about much more than rampant competitiveness. It’s about slicing a perfect line without poking a hole in your competitor’s cheek.

Metron

In the isolated Pongau Valley in the dead of winter, your mind can do crazy things. Hey, there’s not much to do but ski, and think. Some would call it paradise, others madness. Anywhere else, and your mind would say “that’s silly” and force its meanderings back into the subconscious. But at ATOMIC, many a daydream has become reality for the sole purpose of alleviating winter boredom. From the moment our engineers slapped together the first Metron prototype, they knew the skiing world was about to change. Metron is a ski so radical, people don’t know whether it’s a carving ski, a powder ski, a hardpack ski, a bump ski or even a race ski. It’s a ski that challenges the oldschool thinking that with versatility comes compromise. The front, the back, it’s all yours now. The Holy Grail of the one ski quiver has been found.

Izor

So what if you can‘t SEE nanotechnology? One run and any discerning skier will FEEL the difference! Izors are built to boost skiers to the next level. Super-light nano-enhanced carbon fiber combined with stable mid-fat shapes is what does the trick. Even though nanotechnology is nothing short of tiny, when we’re working with our Izor skis we love to drop big words like “molecules”, “carbon matrix” and “silicon oxide crystals”. Makes us sound intelligent. And why not? Committing to use nanotechnology is almost as visionary as choosing to ski it. After all, who could imagine something so small could make such a big difference?

Fly & Grind

What can we say about these skis that hasn’t already been proven in the park a million times? There’s really nothing words can add to top that bone-chilling action. No big deal though, just a little intro to Freestyle. Besides, some of the guys in the Race Department told us that most of the people who use the products in this category can’t read anyway.
