Banff
April 12-19th
In the heart of Banff National Park and surrounded by the majestic
Canadian Rockies, the Banff- Lake Louise area has attracted visitors
since the 1880’s. Just don’t take too much time soaking up the
views…you’ve got over 7700 acres of terrain to explore, all accessed
with one Tri-area lift ticket. The 3 ski resorts of Ski Norquay, Lake
Louise Mountain Resort and Sunshine Village offer an array of high-speed
lifts, wide-open bowls and perfectly groomed cruisers. With one of the
longest seasons in the west, from mid-November to late May, Banff-Lake
Louise is always a great choice for reliable snow.
Float through the powder. Cruise wide-open groomers. Take a day to
relax with a soak in the natural hot springs, explore ice canyons, mush
a team of dogs, or experience downtown Banff’s unique shops.
Save some energy for the evenings and wander down Banff Avenue, with
it’s plentiful mix of hip lounges, lively pubs &
restaurants, and unique shopping. And remember…you’re in
Canada’s premier National Park, so don’t be surprised to spot
elk ambling down the snow-covered streets. |
