We are considering the day trip to Hunter on Thanksgiving. Last year, we planned to go there and ended up canceling that because it was raining. What happens to the bus trip if there is bad weather in the forecast?

If their is terrible weather or unsafe roads, we will have to cancel a trip.  Everyone will get a refund.  It would have to be very nasty for us call off a trip.  We notify everyone as soon as we make the decision to cancel the trip.

 

Can I have skis and snowboard tuned?  When can I get them back?  

Yes can tune both skis and snowboards.  Next day during the season.  2-3 days other times.

 

Can I show up at the bus in the morning and pay for my seat?  

Nope, all the seats must be paid in advance.  Sign up on web site, if their are seats still available, the web site will sell it to you.  Print the email and meet at up the pickup location.  If the web site does not sell you tickets, the bus if full.

 

Can I just get a ride up to or back from the resort?

If you purchase transportation only for our trips, you will have a confirmed seat.  One way ride only are as available only.

 

We are out of town, can you send the ski boots to me? 

We ship United Parcel Service, world wide.  Skis, snowboards, boots and just about anything you might need for your trips.
