As the layer of clothing closest to your body, the base layer is less about warmth and more about the regulation of moisture. During outdoor activity --even just walking through town -- the body sweats just as it does in warmer weather. However, we are less likely to realize it than when we are in warm weather, so it is much easier to forget that moisture against the skin in cold weather will make you colder. Therefore, the base layer is designed to wick moisture away from the skin, keeping skin drier and warmer.

Clothing-  Being warm and comfortable makes all the difference.  Their is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.  Dressing properly will make all of the difference.  Lightweight breathable fabrics allow you to play longer and enjoy the wonders of winter

Ski Shop-  For those of us that want to have 2 boards under our feet for extra power, stability and control.  We have the tradition since 1959.  We have been fitting out skiers for all kinds of conditions and terrain.  The equipment has changed quite a bit since 1959, since 1999 as well.  Changes and improvements continue to make skiing easier and more enjoyable for more people than ever.

Snowboard Shop-  Snowboarding isn't a new thing to us.  We joined the snowboard revolution with Burton in 1979.  We have been a full time dealer for the finest snowboard equipment ever since.  Why, don't the snowboarders deserve the same as skiers.  Mmm, looks to me like the lift ticket is the same for all of us.
