customers. You are visiting our web site, which we have squeezed as much
into as we have the time and effort for. Below are some of the policies
that we follow. If you want the full Emilio's Ski Shop experience, please
visit us in our shop or on one of the many trips that we have. Thanks for
taking the time to check out some of the rules, and we hope that we have

Web site policies

SECURE ORDERING All online transactions at the Emilio's Ski Shop web site are handled with
industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into
the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted
(scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

PAYMENT INFORMATION Emilio's Ski Shop accepts MasterCard, Visa and
American Express for on-line transactions.

SHIPPING We ship in-stock orders placed before 3pm EST/EDT the business next day. Please note that
this applies to UPS shipments to US addresses, and only to business days, when
UPS is operating. If you special order an item, we'll provide you with an
estimate of the time it takes to get it to you. We ship worldwide. Customers pay
actual shipping cost. Exact pricing can be found at checkout. Rush
Shipments are available.

ORDERING FROM EMILIOSSKISHOP.COM When you order from Emiliosskishop.com, we need your name, email address,
shipping address and credit card number/expiration date. We use this data to process your order, ship it and send you order and shipping
confirmations via email. We do not use this data for any other purpose. We will not sell, rent, or give out this data to any other organization without
your consent. (However, we will cooperate fully should a situation arise where
we are required by law to provide information about a customer.) Emiliosskishop.com does use the purchases you make to customize our product
recommendations. We also track customer traffic patterns and site usage. Traffic
and usage data is used only to improve our site's design and provide our
customers with a fulfilling shopping experience.

Store Policies

SPECIAL ORDERS If you don't find a what you want on the web site, please send email or give us
a call. If we don't stock it, we'll be glad to special order it for you.

Day trip and Motorcoach policies.

All trips depart Emilio’s Ski Shop,
promptly. We are not responsible if you miss the bus.

There is No
Smoking anywhere on the motor coach.
-
No Alcoholic Beverages or use of illegal substances allowed!
-
Only a small cooler that fits under your seat will be allowed.
Ski/Snowboard boots may be kept warm inside the coach during
the ride to the mountain; however, they must be in the baggage
compartment under the coach on the return ride.

Ski/snowboard equipment must be in bags. Boots may not be worn on the coach at anytime.
-
Only personal radios or tape/CD players with headphones are
allowed.

We leave the
mountain promptly @ 4:15 P.M. Trips
have direct returns (no stops). Emilio’s
Ski Shop wants everyone to have a fun time on the trip. Report any passenger's who become a problem to the Tour
Escort.

Passengers who disregard the no smoking, no alcohol, no
illegal substance rules or become unruly are subject to removal by
local or state law enforcement.

Emilio’s
Ski Shop act as an agent only and does not control the various aspects
of a tour such as transportation, lodging, meals, and activities.
Tour participants accept the tour as a whole and in order to
keep these low prices there are no refunds for any reason.

Seasonal Rental Policies

Credit card deposit of equal value
will be charged, credit will be issued when equipment is returned (April 15th).

Customer is
responsible for loss and/or damage of the equipment.

A child is under 12 and uses junior
equipment.
A teen is under 20 and
does not need adult sizes.

Daily Rental Policies
-
All rentals must be accompanied by a
deposit on a valid Credit Card. You are responsible for loss or damage to the
equipment. You will be responsible for the replacement (at retail) or repair of any
damaged or lost equipment.

Rental's
may be picked up the day before (after 4 PM) and returned the day after (before 2 PM).
A weekend rental can be picked up Friday night and returned Monday.

Holidays
periods are 3 day rentals only.

It
is recommend that you come in to the store during the week to make reservations and try
the equipment, we will then wax and sharpen your equipment and have it ready for you to
pick it up.
